inspiration station: FTV gif appreciation post

As much as models are inspiring they are also quite damn hilarious, heres an appreciation post highlighting models in their minute of glory...because lets face it, what else are they good at?

*no hungry models were harmed in the making of this post*

inspiration station: kidult vs kenzo

KIDULT " Visual Dictatorship" TRAILER from eric on Vimeo.

Why do i not hate this?

NY artist KIDULT leaves a sour taste in everyone mouth on the streets of Paris as the notorious graffiti artist defaces the windows of high street stores. Strangely i would whimp at the sight of such lovely Parisian shop windows being defaced but does this artist actually have something worth saying? Attacking the KENZO fragrance campaign, that coincidentally is inspired by graffiti art,is kind the ultimate creme de la creme of this guys work.

WANDERLUSTING: CHAPEL STREET BAZAAR

Enter the most amazing place a vintage lover imagines to be heaven, well that was this little gem that i found among the tre chic stores of Melbournes South East, Chapel Street. Before this i was basically a vintage/Thrift store virgin and if i had to quote the queen of pop myself (Madonna) i was basically ''touched for the very first time''. Though i had nothing to compare it to other than stories and photos that friends and bloggers had shared, i knew this was no ordinary place. Alongside me were two of my friends who may i say are equally vintage virgins with me, and as we pondered through the aisles among aisles among racks upon racks (let the record show the place was extremely organised, thank god for that) we knew it was too good to be true. Prices were of the range that made you do double takes, but then again i could see why. Because of store policy (which i saw at the entrance but chose to ignore) the items could not be photographed so i managed to score just a teeny tiny taste of the gems i found here, well before some sassy store owner told me off with a sarcastic tone as he said ''these arent your things, you cant take photos'' (thanks for the newsflash!)

Oh and please excuse my very amateur photography skills, i realized i brought the wrong lens which, as you can tell is extremely hard to focus with, oh and the fact i still feel pretty weird taking random photos in public
